Terms of Purchase

These terms and conditions define the relationship between LLC "Danelia's Wine" (hereinafter — the "Company") and the customer who uses the website and places an order. By registering on the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Age Restriction

In accordance with the legislation of Georgia, the purchase of alcoholic beverages is permitted only for persons who have reached the age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. The Company reserves the right to request proof of identity upon delivery.

2. Placing an Order

• To place an order, select the products you want, add them to the cart and complete the checkout steps.
• An order is considered confirmed once you receive confirmation by email or telephone.
• The Company reserves the right to decline to fulfil an order if the product is out of stock or for other objective reasons, of which you will be notified without delay.

3. Prices and Payment

• All prices are stated in Georgian lari (GEL) and include VAT.
• The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, the price of an order that has already been confirmed is not subject to change.
• Payment can be made by card, in cash upon delivery or self-pickup, or by bank transfer.

4. Order Cancellation and Returns

The customer has the right to cancel an order before it is dispatched. Delivered products may be returned only if the product is damaged or does not correspond to the order. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours.

5. Liability

The Company guarantees the quality and authenticity of its products. The Company is not liable for consequences caused by excessive consumption of alcohol. Please drink responsibly.
