Terms of Delivery

Danelia's Wine takes care to deliver your order safely and on time. The main terms relating to delivery are set out below.

1. Delivery Zones

• Delivery in Batumi and its surroundings is carried out daily.
• Delivery throughout Georgia is available via courier service.
• Availability of delivery to a specific address is confirmed when the order is confirmed.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• In Batumi — usually within 1-2 business days.
• In other cities of Georgia — within 2-4 business days.
• Timeframes may change due to public holidays or force majeure circumstances.

3. Delivery Cost

• The delivery fee is calculated at checkout, based on the address and weight.
• Free delivery applies to orders above a certain amount — see the cart page for details.

4. Self-Pickup

Orders can also be collected from our flagship shop-museum: 43 Z. Gamsakhurdia St, Batumi. Self-pickup is free of charge. Please bring proof of identity with you.

5. Age Verification

When delivering alcoholic products, the courier is entitled to request a document confirming the recipient's age. Orders are not handed over to persons under the age of 18.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If the products you receive are damaged or do not correspond to your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
